Zenergy Weekend Workshops
All workshops equip our students with skills taught through
lessons, games, activities, yoga practice. and guided meditation.
Workshops are held,
Saturday or Sundays 10AM to 12noon.
Mindfulness is the foundation for all the other skills taught in our Zenergy Weekend Workshops.
In this workshop, we teach our students how to accept and tolerate the emotions they feel, during challenging habits or upsetting situations.
Students learn how to pay attention, to the present moment live in the moment, while experiencing one's emotions non-judgmentally.
In this workshop students learn how to bear pain skillfully. We focus on the ability to accept, in a non-evaluative and nonjudgmental fashion, both oneself and the current situation.
Our classes equips our students to make wise decisions about how to take the correct action that is necessary when faced with stressful situations.
Effective Interpersonal Skills
Effective Interpersonal skills include effective strategies for asking for what one need, saying no, and coping with interpersonal conflict.
The skills taught are intended to maximize the chances that the children’s goals in a specific situation will be met, while at the same time not damaging the relationship or the other person’s self-respect
This workshop teaches how our emotions work, and the skills we need to manage them instead of being managed by them.
The workshop empowers our students to reduce how vulnerable they are to negative emotions, and build positive emotional experiences.
Raising Inwardly Strong Kids
Every parent dreams of having children who are happy and hope that they grow into productive, fulfilled adults who are who are inwardly strong confident. Cultivating a sense of inner confidence and emotional strength begins with setting the right foundation. In these fun 2 hour workshops children will learn 7 foundamental skills for living their happiest most productive lives. This is 7 part Zenergy Workshop series. Classes can be taken in any order and includes an introduction to Yoga.
